Για το λόγο αυτό, η «Ip Expert» εγκατέστησε ένα Ενιαίο Σύστημα Διαχείρισης που είναι σύμφωνο με τα πρότυπα ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 22301 και δεσμεύεται για:

• Την ικανοποίηση όλων των πελατών, μέσω ουσιαστικής επικοινωνίας και παροχής υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσιών σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις τους.
• Την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος, την πρόληψη της ρύπανσης, τον συνεχή περιβαλλοντικό έλεγχο όλων των δραστηριοτήτων της για την συμμόρφωση με τη σχετική περιβαλλοντική νομοθεσία και τη συνεχή βελτίωση των περιβαλλοντικών της επιδόσεων,
• Την προστασία της υγείας των εργαζομένων και των επισκεπτών της επιχείρησης, από τους κινδύνους που πιθανόν να προκύψουν από τις δραστηριότητες που γίνονται στους χώρους της καθώς, τη συμμόρφωση με τη σχετική Νομοθεσία, την πρόληψη των εργατικών ατυχημάτων και ασθενειών, την διαβούλευση και ενεργή συμμετοχή των εργαζομένων.

Corruption and bribery are behaviors that seriously undermine the economy, sustainable development, and the effectiveness of international organizations by distorting competition to the detriment of consumers and organizations. Ipexpert does not tolerate any such form of behavior, considers it unacceptable, and prohibits it. The company is committed to complying with all applicable laws relevant to its activities.

Ip expert is committed to meeting requirements and to the continual improvement of the management system it implements (in accordance with ISO 37001). In line with this, the Company’s Board of Directors has established specific purposes and set objectives against corruption and bribery (consistent with this policy), which are regularly reviewed for their achievement and suitability. The Board of Directors has also appointed a team and an Anti-Bribery Compliance Officer and is committed to their independence. Furthermore, the company is committed to reducing the risks of corruption and bribery to the lowest possible risk level and to leveraging opportunities.

All employees must behave impeccably in terms of anti-corruption conduct. The company encourages and requires its employees to act with honesty and integrity at all times and to protect the resources for which they are responsible. Employees must promptly report, in good faith and without fear of retaliation, any such incidents or suspicions of such incidents to Management, so that they can be appropriately addressed. Employees and associates of the company are prohibited from requesting or accepting gifts in exchange for preferential treatment. Non-compliance with this policy may be treated as a disciplinary matter and may result in dismissal.

• Την έγκαιρη και ταχεία αναγνώριση και αντιμετώπιση έκτακτων καταστάσεων που σχετίζονται με παραβίαση (ή υποψία παραβίασης) της ασφάλειας των πληροφοριών και Προσωπικών Δεδομένων της εταιρείας.
• Την προστασία της επένδυσης της εταιρείας σε τεχνολογίες πληροφορικής και επικοινωνιών.
• Τη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις της Ελληνικής και της Ευρωπαϊκής Νομοθεσίας σε θέματα διαχείρισης δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα, απορρήτου επικοινωνιών, πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων κλπ.

• Promptly identifying and addressing emergency situations related to breaches (or suspected breaches) of the company’s information security and personal data.
